Dr. Kevin Muench started private practice in February, 1988, and graduated from Boston College
in 1980 with a B.S. Degree in Biology. In 1987, he graduated from New Jersey Dental School
with honors and was elected into the Dental Honors Society, OKU. Dr. Muench completed his
General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. In 1993, Dr. Muench received
a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and in 2002 received a Masters in the
Academy. He is an alumnus of the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL. He teaches 12 residents
at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center’s GPR residency since 2009.He is a member of the AES,
ADA, NJDA, NJAGD, AGD, and AADSM. He is an active participant of Karlsons’ Krew/Green
Toes Study Club and Enrichment in Sanibel, FL. He is a member to the Pankey Advisory Board
and is Lead Faculty for Essentials 2. Dr. Muench resides in his family home in Maplewood with
his wife Eileen and three sons- Colin, Thomas, and Michael. His dental practice is in
Maplewood, NJ.
